Our friendly and efficient administrative staff, Anita Atkins and Marilyn Cox, are generally available between 9 am and 3.30 pm to deal with your questions. Both have worked for the service for a long time and have a wealth of knowledge and experience. |
The mediators
All our family mediators are accredited and work to the LSC mediation quality mark standards. Their job is to help families to sort out issues arising from separation or divorce, either at the time or later, so that everyone involved can move into the future with clarity and understanding. A mediated approach often works particularly well when children are involved and our service is one of a number that encourages the voice of children and young people to be heard in the process if all concerned think it would be helpful.
The service is affiliated to National Family Mediation (NFM).
